An average American doctor who is trying to survive the broken healthcare system while dealing with corporate mentality, government regulations and complicated patients at the same time. His name originates from his sheer helplessness when he can't provide the medical care he signed up for leaving him saying nothing but "I AM SORRY".
A Hypochondriac patient who always believes that there's something seriously wrong with her after collecting information from unreliable sources. She continues to make life hard for Dr. Sorry even after all of his reassurances. She's not satisfied even after wasting tremendous resources on futile and excessive diagnostic testing.
Represents the epidemic of Obesity that is rapidly affecting average Americans. Almost one third of Americans are obese. Obesity is the 2nd most common preventable risk factor costing the system almost $300 billions also both in direct medical cost and productivity loss. Just like smoking, it also boils down to individual responsibility in spite of all the efforts being put in by healthcare providers.
An ER physician who is costing the system billions of dollars by practicing "defensive medicine" in order to protect himself from lawsuits and at the same time generating extra revenue for his hospital.
An aspiring student, working hard to save money for college, unfortunately ends up being a cancer victim. Soon, he realizes that Obamacare is good but might not be the best option for him specially if he continues to work. 
After Jonathan Gruber, one of the key architects of Obamacare referred Americans as "Stupid" who allowed Obamacare to pass, here's what an average American taxpayer has to say about their stupidity. Ms. Stupid Taxpayer, a single mom and an unfortunate Cancer victim who is working really hard to make a decent living for her kids realizes that she will end up paying more for her health compared to those who are responsible for messing up their own health.
Represents the curse of smoking prevailing in our society that still involves almost 42 million Americans and costs almost $300 billions to the system both in medical care and productivity loss. It is the number one preventable risk factor and eventually boils down to individual responsibility regardless of all the medications available in the market for smoking cessation.
Represents the frivolous Malpractice lawsuits that costs billions of dollars to American healthcare system without having much positive outcome. Obamacare addresses everything else related to healthcare but the malpractice lawsuits.
Dr. Sorry's right hand and only rock that helps him get through the day without losing his sanity.
